       As a creative person in this huge broadcasting industry while at the same time working as journalist, we've been bond in two convergent no man's land. Sometimes those work along aside, sometimes don't. Entertainment which is the core of TV bussiness sometimes collides with the journalistic missions. That's really the challenge: bringing to your home TV viewers  that two ideas can be united in such a masterpiece.

      Here's some of those I made in order to fulfill that kind of expectations. My own expectations as well as yours. There's a time when the program failed in station's target rating but it's not the end of the day. Some of the programs goes very well in qualitative manner. They are achieving top brand in its category like very well known talkshow Mata Najwa and being word of mouths for longer time.

     A creative (person) could be a talented one but it's not likely 100% correct. Creative mind can be cultivated like plants. You can learn from your colleagues or your mentors, learn from place you've been working now or you worked before, make your works being reviewed, do some experiments and dare enough to answer the challenge everywhere and everytime. I've been doing in such a way and still now. More than ten years.
