Minimum Essential Force with Supertucano

I went to Brasil on August 2012 with high rank officers from Indonesian Air Force and Indonesia Ministry of Defence. There was a delivery ceremony of Supertucano light aircrafts from Embraer to Indonesia government. Supertucano is a turboprop aircraft designed for light attack and counterinsurgency. Indonesia's Supertucanos that will makeup 16 units now or a squadron are stationed to Air Squadron 21 in Malang, East Java.
